The Franklinton Area Commission serves as a liaison to connect neighborhood groups, property owners, residents, developers and city officials. Franklinton residents, businesses and any other type of stakeholder is encouraged to attend our monthly meetings. The Franklinton Area Commission Housing & Development Committee meets the fourth Tuesday of the month at 5:30PM at the Mount Carmel Healthy Living Center (777 W State St, Building 2).
