Neighborhood Social Work Program out of Columbus Public Health provides residents connections to health resources available in their community. Connections to healthcare resources (including free clinics, dental, and vision info), prescription assistance, job help, and emergency assistance.
A social worker from Columbus Public Health is available to provide information on social services in the community and to answer questions on Tuesdays from 1:15-4:00PM at the Westside Pride Center.
There is no charge for this service. No appointment needed. Because of limited staff, we can’t offer you ongoing case management.
