Art and the Body: A COSI SciFest Community STEAM Event

Join We Amplify Voices for an interactive STEAM workshop exploring how creativity affects the mind, body, and overall wellbeing. During Art and the Body, participants will move through three hands-on stations—2D visual art, 3D mixed media, and music/sound—while learning the science behind how artistic experiences influence our brains and emotions.

This drop-in event invites participants of all ages to experiment with creative expression, reflect on how art impacts their mood and body, and discover simple artistic practices they can use in everyday life for stress relief and emotional balance.

No art experience is required, come as you are and bring a friend!

Parking Information: Free parking is available alongside our building, against the white garages. You’ll also find free street parking nearby on Sullivant Avenue and Dana Avenue. A parking map will be on the event page and on social media ahead of the event @weamplifyvoices.
