CAREgivers Retreat is a space for healing, building community, promoting self-care, and providing support for our community caregivers. We are inviting parents, grandparents, neighbors, friends, and activists, who are often overlooked and under-supported, you are our Columbus community caregivers.

This free retreat will feature the following:

• Workshops by experienced mental health professionals, community members, local leaders and CARE Coalition Trauma Certified Trainers!
• A private Art and Mindfulness Safe Space to land if you need to take a breather.
• Delicious light breakfast and full lunch provided.
• Resource fair to learn more about organizations in our community who provide services to keep your cup full.
• Art exhibition by local youth from Star House, and a raffle to take the pieces home with you!
• Custom-made Swag Bags printed with a local artist Janet George’s fabulous artwork. Also full of goodies for self-care, health and more.
