The Franklinton Area Commission serves as a liaison to connect neighborhood groups, property owners, residents, developers and city officials. Franklinton residents, businesses and any other type of stakeholder is encouraged to attend our monthly meetings. The Franklinton Area Commission Zoning Committee meets the first Tuesday of the month at 6PM at Mount Carmel Healthy Living Center (777 West State St, Building #2).
