Free Leadership & Mindfulness Program by COSI & KTC

Leading When Lost: Reflective Practice for Success, a free community workshop by COSI & Columbus KTC on Saturday, May 14th from 10AM-12PM at Columbus KTC (645 W Rich St, 43215).

We live in difficult times! Yet many of us have found ourselves – be it on the job, within our families or for other beloved communities – responsible for leading while feeling very much lost. The question then becomes, “How does one lead when we ourselves feel lost?” This workshop will assist attendees in connecting with their own frameworks relating to one’s sense of direction, leadership constructs, and attachments through basic meditation and a series of activities grounded in practices for everyday self-reflection. Through this workshop, attendees will learn more about how to authentically lead, even when feeling lost, in ways that mitigate harm to their communities.
