Do you need help accessing community resources? Join the Westside Social Worker on Fridays from 1:30-4PM at the Westside Pride Center (1186 West Broad St, 43222) for office hours. The Neighborhood Social Work Team addresses the social determinants of health that impact residents’ health and wellness, including housing, food access and transportation. Through a process of brief case management, staff works to assess needs, make connections to resources, and advocate for clients.
