Franklinton Development Association is excited to announce, Starling Yard, an affordable and high-quality apartment community with 1-3 bedroom units at 120 S Central Ave in Franklinton. Starling Middle School was originally built in 1908 as West High School and has been turned into 45 apartments. Starling Yard offers 97 units on-site with the construction of two additional three story buildings.
