311 City of Columbus

The City of Columbus Service Center provides a way for you, the resident, to submit a request for City Services. Call, go to the website, or download the app to submit a request for the City of Columbus Services Center. The Service Center is the single point of contact for requesting all non-emergency City services and is available to residents, City businesses, and visitors. The Columbus Service Center is also known as "3-1-1"; its mission is to provide access to City services and City information with the highest possible levels of customer service. The "3-1-1" initiative strives to help City agencies provide efficient service delivery by allowing them to focus on their core missions, manage workloads efficiently, provide insight into the needs of residents, and measure how well services are delivered.

Reasons to file a 311 request: schedule bulk trash collection, pothole on a city street, high grass/weeds and/or trash/debris on private property, refuse collection service information, street light outages, suspected narcotic activity, abandoned vehicle on street or private property, Rumpke recycling/yard waste info, 90-gallon refuse container repair or replacement, and vacant structures in disrepair.

How to contact: call 614-645-3111, email 311@columbus.gov, download MyColumbus mobile app, or visit https://311.columbus.gov. Call 614-645-4545 to contact the Police if it is not an emergency.
