Modcon Living (formerly known as Rebuilding Together Central Ohio) is a nonprofit organization established to help sustain homes and neighborhoods, and enrich the lives of homeowners in our community. Through grants, we provide reliable, affordable home repair and modification services, while serving vulnerable senior homeowners in Central Ohio. We believe that everyone should have the choice to age in place with independence and dignity.

The Tool Library offers more than 4,000 individual hand tools and power tools for DIY home repair and modification projects. If you live in Franklin County and are a homeowner, or have written permission from a property manager/landlord to make home improvements or repairs, you’re eligible for membership. Income-based membership is also available.

Winter hours from December 1st to February 28th: Monday-Thursday from 9AM-3PM.

Sunday & Monday: CLOSED
Tuesday & Thursday: 12 PM - 6 PM
Wednesday & Friday: 9 AM - 3 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM
