National Veterans Memorial and Museum

Inside the Museum, visitors embark on a narrative journey, following exhibits that focus on the people: the Soldier, Sailor, Airman, Marine, Guardian, Coastguardsman, and their families from answering the call to duty, to life after military service. Individual stories and shared experiences are illustrated through personal artifacts, quotes, letters, imagery and powerful films of Veterans telling their unique story in their own words. The NVMM has rotating exhibitions and workshops that focus on how art, music and writing positively impact healing and increase one's sense of connection to the surrounding world.

NVMM is part of we are part of the Museums for all program in Columbus, which is a national program that offers significantly reduced museum admission ($0-$3) for recipients of federal SNAP benefits, thereby reducing or altogether eliminating the cost barrier for individuals and families to visit museums and cultural centers. Under this program, the NVMM offers $1 tickets for up to 7 people (2 Adults and 5 Children per household) with free parking.
