Reaching for the Shining Starz is a street outreach to trafficked individuals on Sunday nights from 5-7PM. They supply people with hygiene bags, food, water, and seasonal clothes. They drive the Sullivant Ave. corridor (from Rt 315 to Wilson Rd).
