The Women in Sustainable Employment (WISE) Pathways at Columbus State Community College provides an insider's look into the advanced manufacturing sector, offering hands-on experiences, mentorship from established women in the field, and essential preparation for resumes and interviews. Join us to gain valuable insights, practical skills, and the confidence to thrive in a high-demand industry.

The manufacturing industry is essential to everyday life, producing nearly all the products and equipment we use. It stands as the fourth largest employer in the United States, with women being almost one-third of its workforce. WISE Pathways is tailored for women of all backgrounds and age groups, whether you're entering the job market for the first time, returning to work after a break, considering a career shift, or simply exploring new opportunities.

Program Overview: This program provides an insider's look into the advanced manufacturing sector, offering hands-on experiences, mentorship from established women in the field, and essential preparation for resumes and interviews. Join us to gain valuable insights, practical skills, and the confidence to thrive in a high-demand industry.

Schedule: Classes meet once a week for three hours.
