Warner Junction (Multi-unit)
Finance Fund and Fairfield Homes Ohio are now leasing income contingent units at Warner Junction in Franklinton, and anticipate move-ins in June 2022. These affordable units are income dependent and will offer on-site community space, fitness room, and healthcare space. Warner Junction consists of 40 one- and two-bedroom units in a mixed-use, multi-family building located at 721 West Rich Street, just south of the Mt. Carmel West campus. Warner Junction will be HUD-defined affordable for incomes between 50% and 70% of the area median income for the next 30 years, thanks to tax credits from the Ohio Housing Finance Agency and funding from the City of Columbus.

Warner Homes (Multi-site duplexes)
Warner Homes consists of 10 two- and three-bedroom units in 5 duplexes on Hayden Ave. The Hayden Ave. duplexes include parking directly behind each unit, and the multi-family building are near bus stops with multiple line connections. Off-street parking is located both onsite and in a parking garage located only a two-minute walk away from the site. West Franklinton has convenient access to I-70, I-670, SR-315, and I-71 and is adjacent to the East Franklinton Arts and Entertainment District and the Scioto River.
